D-Toxx is a powerful high-energy hard rock band.
Drawing from different influences, the band has developed its own unique sound. As intense as a bomb yet as subtle as a whisper, D-Toxx music will captivate and stimulate your senses.
The charismatic singer, Sako, formed the group in 2000. Having shown great success as an Eastern pop entertainer, Sako wanted to find another avenue to express himself. This vocal virtuoso envisioned himself in a more intense and heavy situation to utilize his gift. The result of this vision was D-Toxx.
Sako chose to collaborate with a guitarist named Adrian on the writing of the material for his new emotional outlet. The two had originally met during recording sessions in which Adrian was hired to play guitar on a few songs on Sako's pop recordings. It was several months of solid songwriting before they thought it was time to put together a live band. When it was time to bring their creations to the stage, they assembled an extremely tight explosive unit.
Roman Ratej has been seen nationally playing drums for international Interscope act, T.A.t.U.. His furious skills bring the impact to a hard rock act like D-Toxx needs. Luke Daley has been playing bass for many years and his live performance dexterity has been the talk after many D-Toxx shows. China the guitarist is the latest addition to the group. His skill level is above and beyond 90% of the rock guitarists out there. Having the dual guitar attack helps translate a majority of the music from the recorded media to a live medium without the use of samples or tape.
